I truly enjoyed the stay and would love to return. Everything was beautiful, met the needs, and the staff were service-oriented people who is very friendly and great customer service. Overall it was great-sized with ac. The hotel was well-kept and in a central location. You could walk to a shopping mall and local supermarkets. Food in the poolside restaurant was savoury!

The rooms were wonderful and lovely with AC, windows facing to caffeteria tables, as example, just what we needed...

Because of the works in the surrounding area (streets, constructions)the hotel was difficult to find, even with a Tom-Tom. It could help to know that the hotel is very close to the hospital. For me and my husband (65) the beds were a little too hard. Breakfast was acceptable. But for this hotel you would expect a little bit more (buffet).

The location of the hotel is peaceful and in a quiet area. It is just a short walk to the beach, city center, and nearby attractions like the Island of Tabarca for snorkeling. - the staff at Hotel Torre San Juan is very friendly and recommended great restaurants.

The hotel grounds were beautiful with lovely palm trees and open courtyards. the pool area was well-maintained and had plenty of lounge chairs and shade. the hotel staff, especially Elizabeth, were friendly and provided great service, making us feel at home throughout our stay. the breakfast spread was generous and delicious.

The check-in process was disappointing as we arrived late at night and were not allowed entry, leaving us stranded outside. the air conditioning in the room was inconveniently controlled by a key slot and was noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

Upon arrival at this place, we were greeted by a charming Spanish-style building. the rooms were not only clean but also stylish, equipped with AC to keep us cool during hot days. 🌟 Situated in a peaceful shopping district, the area was surprisingly quiet. We found it convenient to have shopping centers and local supermarkets nearby for any necessities.

I recently stayed at Hospedium Hotel Torre in San Juan for a week and it was the perfect choice for a peaceful retreat. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the vibrant town and the beach. The highlight for me was definitely the serene poolside, where I could relax, enjoy a delicious lunch, and take a refreshing swim. The hotel's beautiful gardens with orange trees and flowers added to the tranquil ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. a gem of a hotel with a traditional yet comfortable feel.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful gardens and a castle-like feel. The staff members were extremely helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing on hot days.

Some minor issues we encountered during our stay included the card keys regularly malfunctioning and the air conditioning being inadequate. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved, especially in hard-to-reach areas like under the bed and in the corners.
